Three of the best. . . Magic Millions buys

THE Magic Millions sale begins on Wednesday, January 10, and we take a look at three of our best buys from the Gold Coast!

Don’t miss out on your life changer in 2018!

1) Redzel

(Snitzel ex Millrich) | The Everest | G1 Darley Classic, G1 Doomben 10,000 | G2 Shorts Stakes | G3 The Heath Stakes, G3 Hall Mark Stakes | $7,797,750 in prizemoney to date | $120,000 yearling

The World’s best sprinter – Redzel claimed six victories in 2017, including the world’s richest race on turf, The Everest, and a pair of Group 1 races in the Doomben 10,000 and Darley Classic.

A winner of $7,797,750 in prizemoney, Redzel sits eighth on the list of record prizemoney earners in Australian racing history!

Redzel was purchased from the 2014 sale for $120,000, giving his owners an exceptional return on their investment. A real life changing horse!

2) Dothraki

(Mossman ex Volantis) | G3 Gold Coast Guineas | G3 WJ Healy Stakes | 2nd G1 BTC Cup | Golden Slipper runner | $1,148,810 in prizemoney to date | $45,000 yearling at Magic Millions June Sale

The evergreen warrior has been one of the most consistent Stakes level performers over the last four years.

A two-time Group 3 winner, Dothraki was agonizingly defeated at Group 1 level in the BTC Cup by Malaguerra at Doomben in May 2016.

Another pre-Christmas-winning 2YO, Dothraki ran in the 2013 Golden Slipper and continues to race at the top level today, having been placed in two Group races in 2017.

A winner of $1,148,685 in prizemoney, Dothraki has proven a money spinner since his $45,000 purchase in 2012.

3) Charlie Boy

(Myboycharlie ex Maritime) | G2 Danehill Stakes | G3 Liverpool City Cup, G3 BRC Sprint | 2nd G1 Doomben 10,000 | Golden Slipper runner | $896,675 in prizemoney to date | $80,000 yearling

A pre-Christmas 2YO winner and Golden Slipper runner, Charlie Boy missed out on Group 1 success by just a head when a fine second in the Doomben 10,000 in 2015.

Charlie has taken his owners on an extraordinary ride, featuring Group 2 success at Flemington in the Danehill Stakes, and Group 3 victories at Randwick and Doomben.

A great character in the stable, Charlie continues to be a star for his owners!
