3 winners from 3 runners in 3 days!
The Triple Crown stable is on a roll as autumn approaches with the team sending out three horses for three winners within three days!
Rock Mylady (NZ) (Road To Rock ex Myladys) kicked off proceedings with a near 7 length win at Hawkesbury on Thursday where he stepped out for his second start following a 3rd placing on debut. Formerly with Chris Waller and now entrusted to Peter and Paul Snowden, the son of Road To Rock has begun his racing career in impressive style. Winning over 1400m, connections were thrilled with the 3YO who is expected to relish stepping up further in distance as he progresses through his campaign. Watch this space!
El Sasso (Snitzel ex Sassy Peg) claimed an assertive win on Friday first up, proving a more genuine horse post-gelding. Originally purchased from the Melbourne Premier Sale for $75,0000, he has now earned $112,710 in prizemoney, and has provided his owners with the excitement of first three finishes in the majority of his race starts.
And Brazen Moss (Mossman ex Hussyanna), the ¾ brother to sprinting sensation Buffering, broke through for a win following a string of second placings on Saturday. Trained by Gerald Ryan, and purchased by Chris and Michael Ward for $75,000, he picked up a $5,000 BOBS Bonus for his owners on Saturday, in addition to his winning prizemoney. The 3YO has now won $84,740 for his Triple Crown owners and is another consistent charge for the stable, placing in over half of his career starts to date.
All sent out short price favourites in the betting; Brazen Moss $2.35, El Sasso $2.20 and Rock Mylady $1.90, punters are illustrating their trust in the Triple Crown stable of late, and for good reason.
The stable continued with promising trialers at Randwick and Rosehill this week featuring stable favourites such as Peggy Jean as well as talented newcomers Courtza King and Secret Trail… expect to be seeing the red silks feature prominently as the stable continues to shape up nicely for the Autumn.
