Belesron victorious at Morphettville

Triple Crown Syndications’ four year old Belesron (Bel Esprit ex Miss Theron (NZ)) stormed home at Morphettville on Saturday to claim victory in The Spy The Movie Handicap over 1050m.

The consistent Peter Moody trained gelding has now collected 5 wins and 3 placings in just three racing preparations, as well as over $103,000 in prizemoney.

The punters were on the money sending Belesron out as the $3.20 favourite with Simon Price on board and he didn’t disappoint. After breaking away from the barriers cleanly Belesron settled toward the tail of the field where he received a kind run before unleashing his customary turn of foot in the home straight and poking his nose in front right on the line.

“It was most exciting to see him hit the line like that and get home just in the nick of time”  Triple Crown Director Chris Ward.

Keep an eye out for Belesron as he hits the track again in the next couple of weeks.

Congratulations to all connections!
