Consistent Triple Crown Filly Strikes Again

At Kembla Grange yesterday Triple Crown Syndications’ uber consistent filly Seritza (Sebring ex Starlevie) scored a 2.3 length victory for trainer Gerald Ryan in the Mullet Creek Class 2 Handicap.

Ridden superbly by Brenton Avdulla, Seritza flew the gates to take up a prominent position in the running where she travelled confidently. Kicking away in the straight Seritza extended her lead before being eased across the line ahead of King’s Tariff and Chastened, taking her record to 2 wins and 6 placings from 11 starts for $75,175 earnings. This win also saw Seritza record her 8th finish among the first two horses across the line from her 11 career starts.

Purchased by Triple Crown’s Chris and Michael Ward from the Inglis Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale in 2012, Seritza will most likely head to Canterbury for her next start on 23 July with connections eager to acquire further lucrative BOBS Bonus prizemoney before the end of the season.

Congratulations to all connections!
